Lol, the name of this one is the best; drink away your headache or migraine!

I present to you, the "Peruvian Painkiller!"

"This fiery combination of two of the most popular spices in South America has a powerful bite so, it is NOT a remedy for the fainthearted.  Coriander seeds, with their excellent digestive properties, are good for relieving headaches and digestive disturbances.  The chili, by stimulating the secretion of endorphins from the brain, blocks pain and at the same time induces a wonderful feeling of well-being."

Link to wiki article explaining health benefits of coriander seeds:

2 teaspoons coriander seeds

5 cloves

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 pint (600ml) water

Honey to taste

Place spices in pan with water and bring to a boil.  Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.  Sweeten with honey and drink 1/2 cup when required (makes 4-6 servings).

Tanzanian Banana and Coconut Milk!

3 medium-sized, ripe bananas
8oz coconut milk
a little ground cinnamon (enough to sprinkle on the top)

Blend bananas and coconut milk in blender until smooth.  Pour in glass and sprinkle cinnamon on top.  Drink and relieve stress!
