Lol, the name of this one is the best; drink away your headache or migraine!
I present to you, the "Peruvian Painkiller!"
"This fiery combination of two of the most popular spices in South America has a powerful bite so, it is NOT a remedy for the fainthearted. Coriander seeds, with their excellent digestive properties, are good for relieving headaches and digestive disturbances. The chili, by stimulating the secretion of endorphins from the brain, blocks pain and at the same time induces a wonderful feeling of well-being."

Recipe:
2 teaspoons coriander seeds
5 cloves
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 pint (600ml) water
Honey to taste
Place spices in pan with water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Sweeten with honey and drink 1/2 cup when required (makes 4-6 servings).

Raising Enegry
Drink for raising that energy level:
4 split cardamom pods
4 heaped teaspoons finely ground coffee
2 heaped teaspoons sugar
1 pint (600ml) water
1 teaspoon ground ginger, to decorate
Add the coffee, cardamoms, and sugar to the water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, rduce heat and simmer 20 mins. Sprinkle with ginger before serving. Enjoy!

Relieving Stress
I am a very stressed individual, as many of us are. I found this drink that is supposed to help relieve stress (no, it isn't booze). As soon as I try it, I'll let you know how it works. Others, do the same.
Tanzanian Banana and Coconut Milk!
Recipe:
3 medium-sized, ripe bananas
8oz coconut milk
a little ground cinnamon (enough to sprinkle on the top)
Blend bananas and coconut milk in blender until smooth. Pour in glass and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Drink and relieve stress!
